چکیده

Abstract Cabe jamu is categorized as the primary material for industry because it contains an active compound that provides a health benefit. Furthermore, some area in east java known central production of cabe jamu. Almost 80% plant located at Madura Island, covering Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan, and Sumenep. Agricultural products have different characteristics when planted locations climate, soil, environmental condition. However, counterfeit practice deteriorates specialty economic purposes. Several techniques were developed detection system based on geographical origin or authenticity. This paper aims to explore potential technology able evaluate authentication potentially applied Overall, several strategies obtained from this literature study provide high-accuracy classification related origin: Coupling NIR spectroscopy with chemometrics, utilization multiple like other vibrational non-vibrational spectroscopy, use data fusion approach elevate accuracy model.
